As you are aware, Quantum Foundation has been dedicated to enhancing emotional management nationwide. Our initiative, Café EQ, strives to cultivate a community of emotional intelligence specialists, fostering connections between leaders and learners through insightful sessions on Emotional Intelligence! With a vision to empower India emotionally, Quantum Foundation aims to establish a platform for leaders to share experiences, contribute to society, and promote emotional literacy among One Million Individuals by 2030 through various projects.

Mr. Porus Doctor
Porus Doctor’s tenure as Consumer Industry Leader at Deloitte India, spanning from 2020 to 2023, was marked by strategic oversight of key consumer sectors such as Automotive, Consumer Products, Retail, Wholesale & Distribution (RWD), and Transportation, Hospitality & Services (THS). In this capacity, he also held the pivotal role of Lead Client Service Partner for the Asia Pacific Region’s largest Consumer Sector account, FMCG. With over 40 years of experience, Porus has demonstrated remarkable leadership across various domains including internal and external audit, risk management, and corporate governance. His professional trajectory includes engagements with major corporations in India, Singapore, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the Middle East, solidifying his reputation as a trusted advisor and adept leader within the industry.
Within Deloitte, Porus has held influential positions such as Asia Pacific Regional leader for Internal Audit (IA) for eight years, where he represented the region on the Global IA EXCO. Additionally, he spearheads the CFO program for Deloitte’s Asia Pacific Region, fostering enduring relationships with prominent CFOs and orchestrating transformative labs for CFOs, CEOs, and CXOs across India and the Asia Pacific. Prior to his tenure at Deloitte, Porus garnered valuable industry experience as Group Controller of Finance for a diverse portfolio of companies and as a Director on the Boards of entities in India, Singapore, and Dubai. His contributions extend beyond his corporate roles, as evidenced by his active involvement with professional bodies such as the ICAI Committee for Members in Industry, the ICAI Internal Audit Standards Board, and the Board of Governors for IIA, Mumbai, as well as his membership in the CII CFO National Committee.

Dr. Pratik P. SURANA, (Ph.D.) has made his mark as an International Corporate Trainer and coach who specializes in training industry people in various professional and life skills. A dynamic and multifaceted person, he has a record of training 15000+ people and has a number of articles and books to his credit. He is the chief mentor and founder of Quantum Group having companies namely Quantum Info trainers and Consultants Pvt Ltd. (QICPL). Quantum Trainings Pte Ltd., Singapore (QTPL) , Bodhisattva Learning Pvt Ltd.

Dr. Lakshmi Kumar
She is a renowned educationist and intercultural coach, serving as the Founder Director of The Orchid School in Pune. With expertise in establishing quality schools, building teams, and developing educational processes, she focuses on aligning teaching practices with the needs of today’s learners. Specializing in social studies, integrated curriculum, and inclusive education, Dr. Kumar also offers training in life skills for young adults, emphasizing media literacy, critical thinking, and decision-making. As the visionary behind Orchid School, she strives for meaningful and relevant educational processes. Dr. Kumar is actively involved in training culture workers, particularly from Sweden, and has coordinated the Sweden-India Project for the past 25 years. Additionally, she specializes in preparing international assignees for the Indian business environment, offering insights into HR processes, team building, leadership styles, and communication dynamics. With extensive experience in multicultural settings, Dr. Kumar is dedicated to enhancing education and fostering intercultural understanding.

Mr. Mohan Nair
Currently serving as the MD of Episurf India (a subsidiary of Episurf Medical AB, Sweden), has over 35 years of experience in the healthcare sector. Known as the “Turnaround Manager” in the industry, he previously held leadership roles at Lokmanya Hospitals, Nanavati, and KDAH. With a background in specialty technology, he transitioned to the medical device industry with roles at Sandoz, Medtronic, and Johnson & Johnson.
Mohan is recognized for his strategic thinking, organizational building, and people development skills. As a dynamic leader, he emphasizes clear communication for effective execution and believes in continuous learning and networking. Apart from his professional achievements, he actively engages in socially relevant activities, contributing to the Vishwa Vivek Foundation, a family constituted trust. Mohan Nair is also involved in shaping the growth of the healthcare sector in India through participation in industry associations like CII. He holds a Bachelor’s in Science from Pune University, a Post Graduate in Marketing from Loyola, Chennai, and has completed an advanced program in Finance from IIM, Lucknow.
